چکیده
The present study is about the numerical analysis of Casson fluid’s boundary layer slip flow beneath impact suction/blowing past a permeable cylinder stretching exponentially. modeled partial differential equations are transformed to nonlinear ordinary by applying appropriate transformation. Keller box procedure, tool famous for its achievements, used. relevant physical parameters like suction, fluid, and Reynolds number on temperature velocity distribution studied shown through graphs. change in quantities Nusselt skin friction coefficient with respect variation mentioned earlier was also examined. Their values given form table. To ensure authenticity outcomes investigations compared previous works, strong agreement noticed.

Unsteady boundary layer flow of a Casson fluid past a wedge with wall slip velocity
In this paper an analysis is presented to understand the effect of non–Newtonian rheology, velocity slip at the boundary, thermal radiation, heat absorption/generation and first order chemical reaction on unsteady MHD mixed convective heat and mass transfer of Casson fluid past a wedge in the presence of a transverse magnetic field with variable electrical conductivity. The partial differential...
متن کاملNumerical Simulation of MHD Boundary Layer Stagnation Flow of Nanofluid over a Stretching Sheet with Slip and Convective Boundary Conditions
An investigation is carried out on MHD stagnation point flow of water-based nanofluids in which the heat and mass transfer includes the effects of slip and convective boundary conditions. Employing the similarity variables, the governing partial differential equations including continuity, momentum, energy, and concentration have been reduced to ordinary ones and solved by using...

The problem of steady Magnetohydrodynamic boundary layer flow of an electrically conducting nanofluid due to an exponentially permeable stretching sheet with heat source/sink in presence of thermal radiation is numerically investigated. The effect of transverse Brownian motion and thermophoresis on heat transfer and nano particle volume fraction considered. The governing partial differential eq...
متن کاملCasson Fluid Flow with Variable Viscosity and Thermal Conductivity along Exponentially Stretching Sheet Embedded in a Thermally Stratified Medium with Exponentially Heat Generation
The motion of temperature dependent viscosity and thermal conductivity of steady incompressible laminar free convective (MHD) non-Newtonian Casson fluid flow over an exponentially stretching surface embedded in a thermally stratified medium are investigated. It is assumed that natural convection is induced by buoyancy and exponentially decaying internal heat generation across the space. The dim...
متن کاملCorrection: MHD Boundary Layer Slip Flow and Heat Transfer of Ferrofluid along a Stretching Cylinder with Prescribed Heat Flux
This study investigates the magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow of ferrofluid along a stretching cylinder. The velocity slip and prescribed surface heat flux boundary conditions are employed on the cylinder surface. Water as conventional base fluid containing nanoparticles of magnetite (Fe3O4) is used. Comparison between magnetic (Fe3O4) and non-magnetic (Al2O3) nanoparticles is also made. The gover...
